To join our team, we are looking for an Administrative Accounting Assistant who can bring structure to our dynamic work environment.
If you have a passion for order, can work accurately and are good at communication, you may be the person we are looking for! Responsibilities As an Administrative Accounting Assistant, you will be the link between different departments and ensure that our financial administration runs smoothly.
You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Mailbox management and billing: You ensure that inquiries around billing are handled timely and correctly.
- Getting vendor invoices processed, entered and payment prepared: Accuracy is your second nature, and you make sure invoices are always correct.
- Management of fleet and team expenses: You will ensure that all expenses are properly recorded and allocated to the appropriate line items.
- Follow up payments of customer invoices: Analyze and correct any problems.
- Customer Advice & Support: Advice: Inform and advise customers on appropriate products/services.
- Support: Provide assistance with simple problems and refer complex questions.
- Working with IT systems: You are proficient in using various IT systems and help integrate them into an efficient whole.
Experience in Odoo is a big plus! - Basic accounting knowledge: We are not looking for an accomplished bookkeeper, but a basic knowledge to perform simple accounting operations.
You will communicate efficiently with our bookkeeper and actively think about streamlining our financial processes.
